End User License Agreement

This application ("the App") is a private, internal tool developed by and for Owasso Keys and Locksmith, a locksmith business based in Owasso, Oklahoma, solely to connect to our own QuickBooks Online account and manage our own customers, estimates, and invoices.

Scope

The App is not licensed, sold, sublicensed, or made available to any third party. It has exactly one authorized user: the owner of this business. There is no public distribution of this software.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Owasso Keys and Locksmith is solely responsible for its own use of the App and for verifying the accuracy of anything it creates in QuickBooks Online before relying on it.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
